A Little More Structure.

A Lot of Room for Real Life.

What to Expect

Coaching is collaborative, but it’s also intentonal.

No two people come to coaching with the same story, experiences, or perspectives. I take time to understand yours so we can build an approach that reflects who you are and where you want to go.

We’ll usually begin with what’s happening right now, what’s working, what feels difficult, and what needs your attention most.

You’ll leave with something pratical to carry forward — a new skill to practice, a strategy to try, or a small step to take.

FAQs

I’m already working with a therapist. Can I also work with a coach?

1

Absolutely! Coaching can work beautifully alongside therapy. While they serve different purposes, coaching can provide practical support as you put insights, goals and new skills into action in everyday life.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

2

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You may come in with a specific goal, or you may simply know something isn’t working the way you want it to. We can start there.

What if I’ve tried making changes before and nothing sticks?

3

Coaching gives us the opportunity to question your approach, experiment with new ideas, and develop skills that change how you handle everyday challenges.
